This car was restored and built up in an Porsche 911 RS-configuration by the shops of Dick Barbour Performance in Oakwood, Georgia. Dick Barbour - having a storied past in sportscar racing, predominantly with Porsche cars, from the heyday of IMSA, partnering with drivers like Paul Newman at Le Mans in 1980 in a Porsche 935, to managing the Porsche factory ALMS effort in the early 2000s with the Porsche 911-GT3R - does not need much of an introduction to Porsche Motorsport fans.
